硅灰石等矿物超细加工系统试验研究

摘要

本文介绍了以立式冲击磨作为主机的硅灰石等矿物超细加工系统的工艺流程和主要工作参数,给出了硅灰石等五种矿物的粉磨试验数据,探讨了操作工况对粉磨作业的影响,分析了粉磨过程中的磨损、功率消耗、收尘及噪声问题。一系列的试验研究表明该系统具有产品粒度小、粉碎比大、功耗低、结构布局简单、粒度调整方便、系统无粉尘污染等优点,是硅灰石等矿物超细加工的有效途径。

Abstract

Experiment Research of Ultrafine Process System of Wollastonite etc. Mines Hu Guoming; Zhu Kunquan (Engineer, Dept. of Mechanical Engineering, WUT, Wuhan 430070,China.)In this artical, the ultrafine process system of wollastonite etc. mines is introduced, with its operation chart and main parameters, using vertical impact mill as its main machine. Experiment data of five mines' milling is given, the influence of operating condition to the milling process is discussed. The problems of milling process are discussed. A series experiment research demonstrated the system has advantage of which the size of particle is small, the ratio of milling is large, the consume of power is low, and it is an efficient way for the ultrafine process of wollastonite etc. mines.:wollastonite; impact mill; ultrafine process;milling system
